DAY 98: 3 Day #BTSButter Album Countdown

Line 3, Indigenous Justice, #BTSPermissionToDance

Hello from Day 98 of #100daysofBTS to #EndTheClimateCrisis, Saturday, July 24, 2021! On this 3rd to last day of the #BTSButter Album Countdown, we join the #BTSPermissionToDance challenge, as we talk about Line 3, Pipelines, and Indigenous-led environmental justice campaigns.

We welcome Sarah Diefendorf, #ClimateRealityProject leader, Director of Environmental Finance Center West (#EFCWest), who discusses the #StopLine3 Movement, the danger of pipelines, and the work of #ArminArm4Climate in supporting #IndigenousJustice and training non-native allies including in the #StopLine3 campaign.

Check out more videos from Dancing4ClimateJustice videos on Racial Justice here and on Indigenous Rights here.

For Sarah’s suggested music list by young Native musicians, check out the Indigenous Voices Reading and Listening Circle, a project of the Climate Reality Project Bay Area Chapter:

  1. Tribe Called Red – How I Feel

  2. Prolific the Rapper – Strangers in Our Own Land

  3. Nataanii Means – Martyrs (intro by Carrie Dann)

  4. Nataanii Means – Genocide

  5. Natalie Rize – Generations Will Rize

  6. Drezus – Red Winter

  7. Lightning Cloud – Burn It Down (feat. Pigeon John)

Connection and teamwork are the key in taking #ClimateAction, from attending #ClimateRealityProject trainings, to joining a local Chapter, to meeting our Members of Congress (#OurClimateMoment) in the efforts to end the #GlobalClimateCrisis!

Join us and the #BTSARMY to take action to #EndEmissions, #EndRacism, and End the #ClimateCrisis!
